Crowd Before Introduction

Crowd Before is an idea-validation tool for founders. You paste a pitch or drop in a one-pager, the service pulls out the product, the customer and the price, and you choose the market — any of 110 countries and 90-plus industries, or your own definition, with role, income, habits and attitude. The idea is then read by a simulated crowd of 100 to 5,000 distinct people, a funnel shows how many have the problem, hit it often, want a fix now and would pay, and twelve of them argue the idea out. The report answers four questions in plain language — should you build it, who to sell to first, what to charge based on what people said they would pay, and your top three competitors with the gaps they leave — and a second report, the Game Plan, carries the verdict through to a 30-day plan and a launch kit. Pricing is one-time credits with no subscription.

Crowd Before Key Features

Simulated Buyer Crowds

Put a pitch in front of 100 to 5,000 distinct simulated buyers and watch the funnel from 'has the problem' to 'would pay'.

Market Targeting

Choose from 110 countries and more than 90 industries, or define your own, then narrow by role, income, habits and attitude.

Twelve Voices Arguing

After the crowd reads the pitch, twelve of them argue it out so you see the objections in their own words, each paired with a fix.

A Verdict You Can Act On

The report opens with four answers — build it or not, who to sell to first, the price to test, and your top three competitors and their gaps — before the evidence.

Game Plan and Founder Tools

Every paid run adds a downloadable Game Plan plus market analysis, lean canvas, business plan and brand strategy at no extra credit cost.

What-If Reruns

Change the price, add a feature or introduce a market event and see how the same crowd reacts.

Crowd Before Use Cases

  • Check whether anyone would pay for an idea before writing code.
  • Find the one segment that is actually warm and focus a launch on it.
  • Set a first price from what simulated buyers said they would pay.
  • Map the competitors already serving the idea and the gaps they leave open.
  • Turn a validated idea into a 30-day plan with a launch kit and customer questions.

Crowd Before Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try it without paying?
Yes. Your first idea is free with a 100-person crowd; the verdict, the funnel, a competitor and your answers are open, while competitors, voices and the PDF stay locked until you buy credits. No card is needed.
How do credits work?
A run costs 10 credits at any crowd size, unlocking the full report and PDF costs 2, and a what-if rerun costs 5 — a full cycle is 17 credits. Credits are bought once and never expire.
Is there a subscription?
No. Crowd Before sells one-time credit packs with no recurring billing.
How big can a crowd be?
From 100 up to 5,000 simulated people, with the same credit cost for a run at any size.
What is the Game Plan?
A second report included with every paid run: the risks to test, what to build first, a week-by-week 30-day plan, improvements from buyer feedback, a launch kit and five questions to ask real customers.
Are these real survey respondents?
No. The crowd is simulated, which is why answers come back in minutes instead of the weeks a survey or research agency would take.
