Privacy Policy for NewAIForYou
Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information NewAIForYou (newaiforyou.com) collects when you visit the site or use our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the site.
Information We Collect
- Browsing the site. You can browse, search and compare AI tools without an account. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Signing in. Signing in is only needed to submit a tool. You can sign in with Google, which gives us your name, email address and profile picture, or create an account with your email address and a password; we store the password only in hashed form. We keep a session cookie so you stay signed in.
- Submitting a tool. When you submit a tool we store the tool name, its website URL, the plan you chose and your email address.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us the payment amount, status, the email address and country you entered, and a reference to the transaction.
- Messages. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address so we can reply.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics and a self-hosted Plausible Analytics instance to understand how the site is used, for example which pages are visited and how visitors find us. Google Analytics sets cookies; Plausible does not. We also use a cookie to keep you signed in. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them, except signing in.
How We Use Your Information
- Run, maintain and improve the site
- Review and publish submitted tools, and contact you about your submission
- Process payments and refunds, and keep records required for accounting
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Protect the site against fraud and abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing of Your Information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed for that purpose: Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (database), Google (sign-in and analytics), Stripe (payments) and Plausible (analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or others.
Data Retention
We keep account and submission information for as long as your listing or account exists, and payment records for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing support@newaiforyou.com. We may keep certain records where the law requires it.
